Refund Policy

Last Updated: [03/06/2026] Membership Fees: Membership fees are generally non-refundable once membership has been approved and activated. Event Registrations: Cancellation 30 days or before the event: Up to 80% refund. Cancellation 15–29 days before the event: Up to 50% refund. Cancellation less than 15 days before the event: No refund. Administrative and transaction charges may apply. Event Cancellation by IACAM: If an event is cancelled by IACAM, participants may receive a full refund or registration transfer option. Processing Time: Approved refunds are generally processed within 7–14 business days through the original payment method. Refund Requests: All refund requests must be submitted through the official contact channels provided by IACAM.
